Support will operate as normal over the Christmas and New Year period
We’ll be monitoring all contracted sites 24×7 as normal over the holiday period and maintaining/responding as required but the last day to submit non-urgent support requests will be Monday 19th December.
All non-urgent requests received after Monday 19th December will be scheduled to start on the first day back in the New Year, Tuesday 3rd January.
Please expect slightly longer than normal response and resolution times for urgent requests over the holiday period but we’ll do our best to respond as usual.
