Essential support services will operate as normal over the Christmas and New Year holidays

We’ll be monitoring all contracted sites as normal over the holiday period and responding to problems as required.

Our last working day of 2017 will be Friday 22nd December and our first day back in 2018 will be Wednesday 3rd January.

The last day to submit non-urgent support requests will be Wednesday 20th December – all non-urgent requests received after that will be scheduled to start on the first day back in the New Year.

Please expect a longer than normal response time for urgent requests throughout the holidays – we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
